Throughout the Quran, God emphasizes that a messenger was sent to each community. The only Guide, however, is God. And when, as vessels, we invite or inspire one another to evolve in consciousness, it is only in regards to the common thread: God's Oneness—which has been, is, and will continue to be a shared message for humanity.
"To each is a direction to face, so advance in goodness wherever you are." (2:148). "And messengers we have narrated about to you from before, and messengers we have not narrated about to you..." (4:164) "And those who had faith in God and His messengers, and do not differentiate between anyone of them..." (4:152) "We sent down the Torah: in it —guidance and light..." (5:44) "And on their tracks, with Jesus, the son of Mary, verifying the Torah, and we gave him the Gospels: in it—guidance and light..." (5:46) "...To each of you is appointed a law and a method..." (5:48) "And do not curse those who invoke other than God, for they will curse God in enmity unknowingly..." (6:108) "And to each community, a messenger; when their messenger comes, he judged between them in fairness, and they will not be wronged" (10:47). "...To each people, a guide..." (13:7). "And We did not send a messenger, except in the (mother) tongue of his people to clarify to them..." (14:4). "And We have raised in each community, a messenger..." (16:36). "God created nations and tribes so that you may know each other." (49:13). "...You have your way, and I have mine..." (109:6)
